The front of house Lady who I assume would have been the owner was absolutely lovely! We weren’t even staying in this hotel although we got to Bournemouth really early and our hotel wouldn’t let us check in until 3pm. It was a boiling hot day and after driving for hours we just wanted a shower! We drove around for a while asking various hotels and guest houses if we could pay for a room just to shower in, no one would accommodate us though! Finally we found this guest house and the Lady kindly allowed us to use one of her rooms to shower and relax in, she was so nice and friendly, we really appreciated her service and shows she’d be a great host to any of her guests! Although we didn’t stay a night in the room, it was exceptionally clean, with all the facilities you’d need and had a really nice feel to it, like a home from home. Thank you once again!
